Narmal's Qureshi community faces difficulties from the municipality; no political leader or journalist raises their voice: Mufti Abdul Aleem Faisal Qasmi

Municipality’s Challenges to Narmal’s Qurashi Community: No Political Leader or Journalist Has Spoken Up – Mufti Abdul Aleem Faisal Qasmi

Mufti Abdul Aleem Faisal Qasmi, General Secretary of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind for Narmal district, stated in his press statement that the Qurashi community in Narmal city is facing difficulties from the municipality regarding the slaughterhouse. Without the municipal commissioner’s arrangement of an alternative slaughterhouse, the Qurashi community was suddenly ordered not to cut meat. As a result, the Qurashi community has been closing meat shops as a protest for several days. Yet it is deeply regrettable that no political leader has yet raised a voice in defense of the Qurashi. Why are those who spoke loudly during the election now silent?

Why is the language and tone of our community’s journalists, who present themselves as the sun, so subdued?

Is the closure of Qurashi businesses and their financial losses not a loss for a segment of society?

Therefore, I appeal to all political parties’ Muslim leaders and all journalists to raise a united, strong voice in support of the Qurashi so that their issue can be resolved.
