Dr. Hina Qasim Phool Pankir, hailing from the small village of Sai in Kokan, Maharashtra, has set a brilliant example of success through her hard work and perseverance.
After receiving her early education in Urdu medium, Hina Qasim completed her medical studies, then joined government service and served as an inspector in the Excise Department for about seven years. She has now succeeded in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission exam and has been selected for the prestigious post of Deputy Superintendent of Police/Assistant Commissioner of Police.
